James Buccelli is a principal and co-founder of Buccelli Real Estate, Inc. The company was founded in 1988 with his brother John Buccelli. James was born in Cambridge and raised in Somerville. He knows the community, the local market and many local business owners.
In addition to being involved with hundreds of sales negotiations, James has personally developed, constructed and managed many residential units. James has an extensive background in Architectural Design, Construction Management and Engineering. Knowledge that has served him well in representing home sellers and buyers over the years. James has had his Massachusetts builder’s license since 1982
